Theobroma Chocolates

Theobroma Chocolate Company is a locally-owned manufacturer of chocolate bars and novelty items of unusual quality. When you visit the chocolate factory, you will find chocolate shaped like halibut or salmon or mixed ssortments containing dark, milk, and white truffles, layered truffles, caramel squares, caramel/pecan squares, and whole almond clusters, all hand-dipped in dark, milk, or white chocolate. They also have crunchy/chewy assorments contain toffees, caramels, caramel/pecan and whole almond clusters. Sitka visitors never leave Sitka without visiting the factory. The company is leasing 3,756 square feet of the Administration Building.
