The Boat Company

The Boat Company has been plying the waters of Southeast Alaska 20 years. In October of 2000, this non-profit corporation signed a lease to establish their first operational headquarters in Sitka. The company operates two "high-end" cruise ships which include: The Lisaron and The Mist Cove. They are leasing 26,031 square feet of uplands and 24,214 square feet of tidelands. On the upland part of the site, a warehouse has been built but to date, the building remains unoccupied.
