This building is ideally suited for medium to heavy manufacturing, which could include metal fabrication, assembly and machining. The building served as the maintenance and stores building for the pulp mill.

The building is divided into two main sections each with 20' X 20' bay spacing: Section 1 is the former shop area, with overhead traveling bridge cranes on every bay ranging from 5 to 10-ton capacity. This section is 14,573 square feet with ceilings ranging from 16' to 30'. Section 2 is 24,375 square feet on three levels: First floor is 13,463 sq. ft with 16' ceilings; Mezzanine level is 1,000 sq. ft. with 8' ceilings and; Second floor is 9,912 sq.ft. with 10' ceilings. Levels one and two have immediate access to the outside for both freight and personnel movement.
